The GDB/MI testsuite code that enalbles SID ( http://sources.redhat.com/sid ) has suffered bitrot. This probably came about because the MI tests haven't been enabled for a very long time.

The call to start SID, in mi-support.exp:mi_gdb_start() should be moved to before the code that starts the MI gdb.
