GDB 16.1 release weekend of Jan 18-19?

Hi everyone,

I propose that we aim if all goes well for the GDB 16.1 release during
the weekend of Jan 18-19. Right now, we have one small fixup left to do
that's in the pipeline, but aside from that, the gdb-16-branch seems
to be in good shape. Please let us know if you think there are other
issues that should be solved before we release GDB 16.1.
