[PATCH 0/1] fix LD_LIBRARY_PATH in 'tls-sepdebug.exp'

Hi all,

I came across an issue in the 'tls-sepdebug.exp' test if the compiler
uses additional libraries.  The testcase overwrites the LD_LIBRARY_PATH
and the test fails.  Fix this by adding the current value of
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the value set by the testcase.
