[PATCH V3 0/4] gdb/testsuite: Miscellaneous fixes

This is a collection of patches we've had in our local tree for a
while to fix various tests that are broken on nios2-elf and other
embedded targets, and/or on remote Windows host.  The last version was
posted here

and was reviewed by Tom Tromey, but not approved.  I was busy with
other things and neglected to keep pinging it, but let's try this again.

I've rebased the patches against current mainline head.  On
re-testing, I've also discovered that part 2 of the previous version
(style.exp fixes for unsupported libopcodes styling) no longer seems
to be needed, so I've removed that part from this series and
renumbered the others.

Is this OK for mainline?  It would be kind of nice to get this in the
GDB 14 release (if it is not already too late for it) so that we don't
have to carry forward our local copies of these patches another cycle.
And these fixes may be useful to other people building GDB for
bare-metal targets or weird remote-host test configurations, too.
