Hello,

Considering that some changes were made to the gdb-11-branch in 2022,
I felt we should update the copyright year range accordingly. The
attached commit series, which I'm about to push, does so.

 - [FYI/branch 1/4] Update copyright year in version output for gdb,
 - [FYI/branch 2/4] gdb/copyright.py: Do not update gdbsupport/Makefile.in
 - [FYI/branch 3/4] Automatic Copyright Year update after running
 - [FYI/branch 4/4] Manual copyright year update of various GDB files

Tested on x86_64-linux by rebuilding GDB.
