FYI/gdb-10-branch: Start of New Year Procedure applied

Hello,

Since I anticipate a corrective GDB 10 release sometime early 2021,
I applied the Start of New Year Procedure on the branch as well.
These are the commits that just got pushed to the gdb-10-branch.

 - [PATCH 1/4] Update copyright year in version message for gdb,
 - [PATCH 2/4] gdb/copyright.py: Also update sources in "gdbserver" and
 - [PATCH 3/4] Update copyright year range in all GDB files
 - [PATCH 4/4] Manual updates of copyright year range not covered by
