FYI/BRANCH: Patches applied to branch gdb-9-branch

Hello,

A quick email to let you know that I'm about to push the following
couple of commits to the gdb-9-branch:

  * [release/branch 1/2] Document the GDB 9.2 release in gdb/ChangeLog
  * [release/branch 2/2] Bump GDB version number to 9.2.90.DATE-git.

This are mechanical changes following the tagging of the upcoming
GDB 9.2 release.
