Hi everyone,

First of all, a big Congratulation and a huge Thank You to everyone
who made the GDB 9.1 release possible, which we released today.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping produce more
than 20 major releases, and this one is by far the release which
had the largest NEWS section. Well done!

The next version on the gdb-9-branch should be GDB 9, which
we normally aim at releasing 3 months from now, or roughly
May 8th.

As a reminder, since the first release on the branch is out, please
remember that all fixes in 9.2 now require a corresponding PR in
bugzilla. This is to help us carefully track the changes we make,
and make sure we can list them all, with additional details as
needed in bugzilla, when releasing the subsequent releases on that
branch.

Known issues:
-------------

  * [MarkW] GDB/PR 22748: crash from custom unwinder
    (fi->level assertion failure)
    https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22748

    MarkW proposed a patch:
    https://sourceware.org/ml/gdb-patches/2020-01/msg00589.html

    Causes a regression, so pending.

Let me know if you discover some issues that you think should
be considered for inclusion in GDB 9.2.
