Eventually I'd like to remove all of the ALL_ iteration macros, and also move gdb to use "external iterators" wherever possible. I think both the macros and the callback-style interal internal iterators are harder to read. This series removes a few of the ALL_ macros. Regression tested by the buildbot. Tom
