[PATCH 2/4] Increasing support for dwarf 5.

* Increase DW_FORM_strx support.
* A couple of annoying whitespace corrections.

	(process_full_comp_unit): Correct whitespace.

	(dump_die_shallow): Correct whitespace.                                  
	(cu_debug_loc_section): Likewise.
