GDB 8.1.1 release-- 2018-06-26 update

Hello,

New update, but really no change since the last time as far as I can
tell:

| We're still waiting for the last blocking issue to be fixed.
| A review has been sent (Jun 11), so there is movement,
| and hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

| Given the relatively short list of fixes, I think it's OK to be patient,
| rather than go without the fix above, especially since it's an internal-
| error. Let me know if you think I'm missing something and we should
| just go ahead with the release sooner rather than later.

Same position in terms of being patient, but we might want to start
putting a decision date where we might decide to release 8.1.1 without
this change if push comes to shove. Given that 8.2 is probably not
going to be very far behind, it will make less and less sense to be
waiting for that one.

For practical reasons, end of July would be the most convenient date.
Or - we release, say, at the end of this week.
