GDB 8.1.1 release-- 2018-06-15 update

Hey everyone,

Just a quick email to just avoid leaving anyone wondering what's
happening with the 8.1.1 release:

We're still waiting for the last blocking issue to be fixed.
A review has been sent (a few days ago), so there is movement,
and hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

        Patch sent June 5, reviewed June 11.

Given the relatively short list of fixes, I think it's OK to be patient,
rather than go without the fix above, especially since it's an internal-
error. Let me know if you think I'm missing something and we should
just go ahead with the release sooner rather than later.
