[PATCH 2/4] ax-gdb: Remove two unused agent_expr *ax parameters

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* ax-gdb.c (gen_deref, gen_address_of): Remove unused ax
	parameter.
	(gen_struct_ref, gen_expr, gen_expr_binop_rest): Update call.
