FYI: Minor updates to sim/common/sim-fpu.c

Hello,

Submission #1 to add simulator support for Visium architectures
includes its own copy of sim-fpu.c.  Mike asked that we use
the common sim-fpu instead, extending it if necessary.

So, I started reviewing the differences, and some of them were trivial
style enhancements. I therefore applied them to the common/sim-fpu.c,
via the following two patches:

    [1/2] minor reformatting in sim/common/sim-fpu.c.
    [2/2] Minor comment fixes in sim/common/sim-fpu.c.

I pushed the changes as obvious; in the unlikely case that there are
objections, I can easily either address them or revert right away.
