FYI/done: "Start of New Year Procedure"

Hello everyone,

Just a quick message to let you know that I've take care of
updating the GDB sources following our "Start of New Year Procedure".
Most of the patches are trivial but generate very large diffs, so
I will only include the patch which changes the output of GDB,
GDBserver and gdbreplay to print 2016 as the copyright year in
the version info.

This patch series was tested on x86_64-linux.
