Hello,

A couple more patches on the gdb-7.12-branch that I am about
to push, since I have the pre-release tarballs.

   [release/branch 1/2] Document the GDB 7.11.90 release in
   [release/branch 2/2] Bump GDB version number to 7.11.90.DATE-git.
