Commit: AArch64 sim: Add decode tracing

Hi Guys,

  I am checking in the attached patch to add support for the
  --trace-decode option to the AArch64 simulator.  This is to help track
  down simulator bugs, by allowing the user to find out where a
  particular instruction is being emulated.
