The patchset is mostly approved, maybe I could even check-it considering the
unapproved configure.tgt+ALL_TARGET_OBS as obvious.

from Aleksandar Ristovski I have replaced/deleted in my new patchset being
prepared

so I am not sure if I should check in something that will be deleted
afterwards despite it was approved.  But the other parts are OK.
