[OB PATCH] Remove duplicated xmalloc in update_dprintf_command_list

Hello,

Just pushed this under the obvious rule.

Code in update_dprintf_command_list performed a duplicated memory
allocation which caused an obvious memory leak.  This removes the
duplication.
