[PATCH 0/2] remote.c: ptid.tid -> ptid.lwp

  remote.c: Use the ptid.lwp field to store remote thread ids rather
    than ptid.tid.
  common/ptid.h: Mention that process_stratum targets should prefer
    ptid.lwp.
