[RFC] target defined breakpoints

FAOD, I plan to post patches on async remote notifications on 
breakpoint/tracepoint creation/modification, "%Point:created" and 
"%Point:modified".  The latter can be used for the tracepoint changes 
(such as hit count and traceframe usage), while the former can be used 
for the breakpoint created in the target side, such as this case Hui is 
proposing.
