Hi, Pierre.
I have a suggestion here. 
I save your email in .eml format, and see no "TAB"s in your patch, all are white spaces.
So git apply command get failed.
I need to manually convert many 8 spaces to one tab, that was not a simple task I see.
Hope you will fix them in the future.
