[PATCH 0/5] AArch64 GDB and GDBSERVER Port V2

Hi,

This series of patches is the second spin of the AArch64 GDB and 
GDBSERVER port.  The patches are organized as follows:

1/5 aarch64-tdep.c and associated config.
2/5 aarch64-linux-tdep.c
3/5 aarch64-newlib-tdep.c
4/5 aarch64-linux-nat.c
5/5 aarch64-linux gdbserver

The following changes have been made since the original patch was posted:

* Updated with the various review comments we received.
* Updated to the latest (linux 3.7.0) ptrace support for hw 
watchpoint/breakpoints.
