[PATCH] Add support for Tilera TILE-Gx processor (part 2/3: gdb)

This is a re-submission of the port of GDB to the Tilera TILE-Gx 
processor, re-organized and modified in response to multiple suggestions 
from several people.

This is part 2 of 3, containing GNU/Linux support for the TILE-Gx 
processor.  Patch is attached.  It contains:


	gdb/
	* tilegx-linux-nat.c : New file.

	gdb/config/tilegx/
	* tilegx.mh : New file.
