Hello,

This patch series fixes an internal error triggered on ia64-hpux
while the debugger is trying to handle a fork event...

More details inside the revision history of each patch.  The patch
series was tested on both ia64-hpux and x86_64-linux, using both
the official testsuite as well as AdaCore's testsuite.  No regression.
