Branching time + 1 week (was: "Re: Three weeks to branching (gdb 7.5 release)")

Hello everyone,

We're now a week past our tentative date for 7.5 branching.
Can we have a list of issues still blocking the creation of that branch?

I reviewed Jan's patches, and I am hopeful that we'll be able to
move forward soon.

I am not sure about Doug's items. Doug?
