[PATCH] Fix gdb.arch/mips-octeon-bbit.exp copyright header

Andrew,

Can you please confirm that the attach patch is OK to commit?
Looking at the FSF records, Cavium has assigned past and future
changes to the FSF (without which we would not have accepted
the patch in the first place). My guess is that this was an oversight?

Can you also check the copyright year(s). They are expected to
reflect the years when the file was committed to medium.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * gdb.arch/mips-octeon-bbit.exp: Fix copyright header from
        Cavium to FSF.
