I'd say keep the comment in some form.

The tcl/expect I've been using is
$ expect -v
expect version 5.44.1.14
$ ldd /usr/bin/expect | grep tcl
        libtcl8.5.so.0 => /usr/lib/libtcl8.5.so.0 (0x00007ff9bac15000)
