[patch] Add native-gdbserver.exp board file to gdb source tree

Thanks Doug. I think this is going to be easier to use, rather than
copy/pasting the the text from the Wiki.  Can we even create a new
Makefile target to use it automatically? the "dejagnu" directory can
be any abitrary directory, of if we were to set it to some directory
inside the obj dirctory, everything could be automated, right?
It'd be really nice to be able to do:

    % make -j6 gdbserver-check

In the meantime, I have updated the TestingGDB Wiki to rever to
this board file.
