[PATCH] Don't run amd64-i386-address.exp on OpenBSD

OpenBSD/amd64 doesn't support running 32-bit binaries (a deliberate
choice) so this test won't run. Actually it won't even compile since
we have no 32-bit libraries.
Committed as obvious.
