[RFC 3/3] catch syscall -- try 6 -- Build system, testcase and documentation

Hi,

At last but not least, here is the patch that updates the build system, 
testcase and documentation parts of GDB.  As well as the XML patch, this one 
didn't change since the fifth version, and is already approved by Eli.
