[RFC 0/3] catch syscall -- try 6 -- Introduction

Hello GDB'ers,

Once upon a time, I tried to push the `catch syscall' patch series into GDB 
mainline.  Well, I am really sorry for disappearing since then (April, 
maybe?), but I was really really busy with other things here.

Anyway, here is the sixth (and hopefully the last) version of the patch.  It 
now works on x86_64 as well (sorry for taking so long to implement this), and 
is regtested on every arch that it supports (i.e., x86, PPC, PPC64 and 
x86_64).

As usual, you need to apply all 3 patches in order to compile and test GDB 
with this new feature.
