[RFA] fix inferior call for avr

Hi,

there are two issues in avr_push_dummy_call:
* avr6 architecture (were PC size is 3 bytes instead of 2) was not  
correctly handled
* the returned value was not correct, which made gdb assertions failed.

Ok for trunk ?
