RFC: add ability to "source" Python code

Of course. Generally speaking, a disagreement is something that will
happen once in a while. Now, we need to determine how strong the
objections are. Sometimes, if they are only mild objections, perhaps
we'll have to decide as a group that we want to move forward, even
if some of us think that the solution is not ideal.

In this specific situation, I am hoping that we haven't reached
the point where we are no longer listening to each other. That's
why I am keen on continuing the discussion a little longer.
