[PATCH] New annotation for threads

This is pretty good. But because you have added a #include, you need
to update the dependencies for annotate.c in Makefile.in:

> annotate.o: annotate.c $(defs_h) $(annotate_h) $(value_h) $(target_h) \
>         $(gdbtypes_h) $(breakpoint_h)

Add: $(annotate_h) at then end of the line.
