It doesn't matter whether the test fails to compile on Windows; it
should be restricted to Linux, because it is testing gdb interaction
with the 'prelink' program - which is GNU/Linux specific.
We have a few more Windows patches in our tree. I promised to post
them a while ago; I haven't had time :-( But I haven't forgotten,
either!
