[rfc] [6/6] Get rid of current_gdbarch in stack.c v2

Hi,

this patch gets rid of some of the current_gdbarch's in stack.c (v2). This is the reworked version.

Is this ok to commit?

ChangeLog: 


	* stack.c (print_frame_args, frame_info, return_command): Use
	get_regcache_arch or get_frame_arch to get at the current architecture
	by regcache or by frame, respectively.
