[rfc] [3/8] Get rid of current_gdbarch in stack.c

Hi,

this patch gets rid of some of the current_gdbarch's in stack.c

Is this ok to commit?

ChangeLog: 


	* stack.c (print_frame_args): Use get_frame_arch to get at the current
	architecture by frame.
	(frame_info, return_command): Likewise.
