[rfc] [4/8] Get rid of current_gdbarch in arch-utils.c

Hi,

this patch gets rid of some of the current_gdbarch's in arch-utils.c

Is this ok to commit?

ChangeLog: 


	* arch-utils.c (legacy_return_value): Replace current_gdbarch by
	gdbarch.
