[rfc] [4/6] Remove macro TARGET_OSABI

Hello,

this patch removes TARGET_OSABI macro from gdbarch.sh.

ChangeLog:

	* gdbarch.sh (TARGET_OSABI): Replace by gdbarch_osabi.
	* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Regenerate.

Is this ok to commit?
