[PATCH] dead code, printcmd.c

Variable 'symtab' is never set to anything other than zero,
rendering the code blocks that check for it dead code.

I've gone back to version 1.1 in cvs -- this code has always been
dead, even before it was split apart from the original function
"print_address_symbolic" back in 2000.

Found by Coverity.
