[patch/www] update Current Release Manager section

Hello,

A couple of coworkers at AdaCore pointed out that the web site was
out of date:

        * release-manager.html (The Current Release Manager): Update.

Checked in as obvious. Any suggestions as to improve the contents
are of course welcome.
