[PATCH] Regenerate configure with 2.59

Hello everyone,

as a followup on a discussion on gdb@ regarding the version of autoconf
to use to generate the configure script, it has been decided that we
should use exactly autoconf 2.59. See:

Since I already did the work of installing autoconf 2.59 on one of
my machines, I just went ahead, and regenerated the configure script
on both head and 6.5 branch.

Pretty straightforward, but I did a rebuild on x86-linux, just in
case. Diff not provided since the file is generated.
