gdb-6.5 branch UNFROZEN

Commits to the branch can be resumed.

Whether there will be a 6.5.1 or not is still open. I'm a bit tempted
to have one because of the thread debugging problem on Solaris. If we
can fix it and safely port the fix to the branch, I will probably
create 6.5.1.

We might also be able to squeeze other critical fixes as well... Let's
wait for a couple of months, and see what happens.
