[RFC] Thread support for native NetBSD threads

This is the thread layer for GDB that I wrote that NetBSD has been
using with the newish kernel-based thread library. Mark's asked me to
post it here for a round of modernizing and integration. It workes
with GDB 6.1 but needs work for newer versions, mostly because of the
deprecation of supply_gregset() and friends.
