[commit/mips] Remove old style struct return code

This removes the old style struct-return code from the MIPS which was 
still being used by O32 and EABI.  It doesn't affect the mainstream n32, 
n64 and o32 ABIs.

The replacement is minimal, it doesn't yet try to handle the in-register 
case.
