[patch/mips] rename mips16/32_heuristic_proc_desc

This is just a straight renaming, to better reflect what these function
do, now. No more proc_desc...

        * mips-tdep.c (mips16_scan_prologue): Renames
        mips16_heuristic_proc_desc. Update comment.
        (mips32_scan_prologue): Renames mips32_heuristic_proc_desc.
        (heuristic_proc_desc): Update calls to the 2 functions above.

Committed as obvious (the name was more or less agreed on during
a previous thread).
