[obish] Delete DEPRECATED_PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY

Hello,

The architecture method DEPRECATED_PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY is no longer 
defined, this eliminates that macro replacing any references with the 
default implementation.

I'll look to commit this in a day or so once all my cross builds have 
finished.
