[obish/testsuite] Fix KFAIL for gdb/1455 in structs.exp

having implemented gcc-MAJOR-MINOR-PATCHLEVEL in the testsuite I 
discovered the real problem with the KFAIL of gdb/1455

The bug was specific to `long long' and `double' but the testsuite 
pattern matched everything, oops!  The latent testsuite bug being hidden 
by other KFAILs, sigh.

I've committed the attached which limits the KFAILs to `long long' and 
`double'.
