[PATCH]: Full(er) changelog for Ada resynchronization

Some time ago, Andrew requested more detail in the entry for the changes
we submitted on 2004-06-02.  I see also that I neglected to log that 
ada-tasks.c was removed more recently.  

I have "Stalinistically" revised the gdb/ChangeLog entries as indicated
below.  Sorry for the delay.
